In the morning, transfer the chickpeas to a pressure cooker, add enough water to cover them, and boil.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Peel the skins of the boiled chickpeas. Some people prefer to keep the skins, but I prefer to remove them.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In a food processor, combine chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, salt, and a little water. Blend until smooth. If the consistency is too thick, you can add a little more water to thin it out.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transfer the hummus to a serving plate. Heat olive oil and paprika in a pan and drizzle it over the hummus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enjoy your hummus!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tips for Making Hummus:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Soaking chickpeas in water the night before will help them cook more evenly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Boiling chickpeas in a pressure cooker will expedite the cooking process.
